Importing error after effects file into premiere pro

After I download the 2022 version of primere pro and after effect, import isn't working.

Importing of premiere pro is working.

But, when I import a complete file of after effect into some file of premeire pro,

It isn't working. And I can't control the computer screen like below.

Also, I can't press the cancel button.

The adobe apps which was downloaded are both 22version. 

I also downloaded Maxon Cinema 4D 24 for the after effect.

Before I updated the adobe version, there was no problems of importing the after effect file into premiere file.

I used 2021 version before.

How can I solve the problem?

I have the same problem since the update of Premiere Pro and After Effect, I can't import an after composition in Premiere Pro

Happening here, too, partway through a project. Tried uninstalling and backdating to a previous version, but Premiere can't use a previous version to open a file created on the newest version. Halp!

there's a 'trick' to open newer .prproj files in older version PP > try google / youtube (I did fix it that way - but don't have exact link)
