IN POINT / OUT POINT SLIDER

I accidentally hit something on my keyboard that engaged what seems to be an In Point / Out Point slider.

See image. This will override the in point out point keyboard markers. What did I hit and how do I get rid of it? Thank you very much!

You mean the work area bar?

Right click on hamburger menu in timeline

Thank you for your reply. However I don't exactly know what i'm looking for and don't see anything resembling a hamburger. Would you mind please sending am image or describing where this would be? Thanks.

Sorry, still stumped. I don't have Work Area Bar as a choice. When I find it, what is this thing called, these IN poing OUT point sliders. Thank you

Found it, thanks. It's now collapsed and I no longer see those markers. What are they used for, etc?

Hit F1 within Premiere and type in work area bar.
