As the question states, I have a mask and I would like to center it over my image. Is there any way to do this?
Oh my goodness, I found my answer, I just needed to create the mask in the essential graphics panel, then I can align and snap to the grid! Thank you Kevin!

Hi edit,
Thanks for the question. Try double-clicking on either of the mask shape tools. That should do it. Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hey Edit,
Cool! Yes, you can make masks from the shapes in the Essential Graphics panel, too. You can use the alignment tools there. Smart!
I described how to make them in the Effect Controls panel, which is different but can give the same results. Did you watch a tutorial, read the user guide, or discover that technique by trying different things?
Thanks,
Kevin

I posted another question and someone suggested using the ECP, so that' how I figured that out. I still wasn't able to figure out how to select the entire mask to center it. Do you know if that's possible like you said.
Thank you!
