Is it possible to place the cursor without going to it itself up there?

When I click in a moment of the video, I dont want to select the event or the cuts I made, but PUT the cursor from where it was to that exact moment. It should be made automatically. Its borin, everytime I want to move the cursor, I gotta go up and look for where it is to move it.

Click in the timebar, the playhead will move to where you click:
