Is there a way to identify media in the Project Panel that have been added to the Sequence?

Is there a way to sort through media in the Project Panel, or identify media in the Project Panel based on whether it has been added to the Sequence yet or not?

Add Video Usage and Audio Usage Columns to the metadata display, it will show you how many times a clip has been used:

If you click on a chevron next to the number, it will show where the clip was used:
