If yes, then please guide me step by step as I'm still learning the software. I need to compare the rushes from X timeline with Y timeline.
Or is there any other way?
You can drag one of the two sequences from the Project panel into the source monitor, and open the other sequence in the timeline. Once timeline's video will appear in the source monitor, the other in the Program monitor.
If you want, you can click on the wrench in the Program monitor and gang the source and Program monitors together, so as you scrub (move) the playhead in the timeline, the contents of the source monitor will follow along.
