Is Topaz Video Enhance a plug in,

Hello. I'm thinking of buying Topz Video Enhance to upscale some older videos. Can I use it as a plug-in with Premiere Pro is is it a standalone? Thanks.

For video it is a standalone. I see that their website says that the image enhancer is standalone or plugin for Photoshop and Lightroom.

FYI: I have it, and I think it's a very good app, but just so you know, it's very processor intensive.

For your note, Don't Expect to get Superior result from a poor quality videos

the Plugin's name tells what it does " Enhacner " but will never make it better,

I have Topaz. Upscaled DV to 720p (4:3 in a 720p frame) and did a pretty awesome job.

It does not make it look better, it makes it look darn good in a higher resolution.

I converted everything to prores. Its a standalone program, not that fast, so I let it run overnight.
