Issue capturing mini DV tape

Hi there!

I have a question regarding some mini DV tapes that I'm capturing in Premiere. I have been doing pretty well with about 10 hours of footage. But now the tapes are beginning to capture with these horizontal lines (image example attached).

I'm using a Sony DVCAM deck connected to a Mac tower using Firewire.

My project settings are DV

My capture settings are DV

Any thoughts here?

It could be that the video heads on your DVCam player are dirty.
