Hi Kennethv,

1. The Visual Keyboard layout is a new feature available in Premiere Pro CC 2017.

I'm so tired that every tutorial I see about this shows a path inside WIN or MAC that does not coincide with my own.

I made a method that works out for everyone. Best way to find the location of the .kys you want to import:
-Go to Premiere, EDIT/KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS, press the "Save as" button, and put a name that is findable in the Windows Explorer (or Finder, in case it is a Mac). For example, "dhdiwodjoqd82392" COPY THAT NAME.
-Close Premiere
-Go to Windows Explorer (or Finder, in case it is a Mac), look for the name of the keyboard you created previously (PASTE IT, in case you copy it).
-You will find the folder where your .kys file should be placed.
-Paste your file there.
