I think people need more info. What are source files ? What hard drive stuff are you using ? Is the xeon a 32 bit chip ? What computer brand and model. The more info, the easier it is for people to see if they have experienced or heard of similar problems.

Somewhere around here there is a 'recommended' way to ask questions ( what info to include ).

i do agree with a more helpfull info ..thing.... mayb the forum could use a system template ..kinda include a profile stamp of your computer to include in the post?...
but sometimes the info is a lengthy post more so than the question?....

I generally recommend folks having trouble with third-party plug-ins contact the developer of that plug-in for help.  They typically know their software better than we do.

red giant does not have weekend text support btw...

do not rely on the current red giant link for updates!!..?
update your plug ins by downloading the suite installers from there site...

yeah, is pain in butt, to figure out everything you got and post it, etc. I didn't even KNOW that your title was a plug in. I thought the factory you referred to was some location you shot stuff at !  hehe... what a dope I am !
