Hi all,
Am I the only one that just can't use left and right arrow while editing a sequence to move one frame ?
I was editing my sequence without any issue when I had the notification for the 23.2 update. I closed PPro, did the update and now left and right arrow does nothing.
I'm on MacOS btw, I tried rebooting my Mac, without any effect.
Thank you for your help
Regards
JL

Resetting the prefs did not work.
It's really annoying I downgraded to 23.1 yesterday and it came back to normal. I did the upgrade again to 23.2 just a couple of minutes ago to try your solution of resetting the prefs, and it's not working again.
Does someone else experience the same issue ?

just making a guess. Have you checked your keyboard settings? If you're using a customized keyboard, it's possible it's somehow incompatible with the latest update... Might be worthwhile changing the default keyboard and see if that fixes the issue. And wondering if it's possible you have some sort of 3rd party utility installed that's screwing with the keyboard... Regardless, probably a good idea for you to let us know your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.

Yes I've checked the keyboard, the preset is set on "Adobe Premiere Pro Default" (see screenshot).
Funny (or not) my MacBook is nearly brand new, I received it a month ago so everything is freshly installed.
My specs are : MBPro 14 inches M1 Max - 32GB RAM/GPU 24-core/CPU 10-core on Ventura 13.2.1.
Everything works fine except that left and right arrow thing, which of course I use a lot, this is really strange as there is no issue on v23.1 of PP. I think I will downgrade again, because the only solution I have found is to replace the "Shift + Arrow" command which should skip 5 frames to 1. But this is very inconvenient ...
I would be really surprised to be the only one is that situation !
And btw, no third party or plugin installed over Premiere Pro.
Thank you for your help

there's your problem. Here's a screengrab for the arrow keys on my keboard. Those are the shortcuts that should be applied. Your shortcuts are for arranging graphics... I've attached a screengrab of how one of your shortcuts are categorized.

I considered the same possibility but rejected it because resetting preferences would use the default, which should b e set correctly.
LetItFly's keyboard is default, but has the wrong setting. How is that possible? Any Mac user who sees the same thing?
Win10. Mine is correct.

Okay ... so adding "Step back 1 frame" to left arrow and "Step forward 1 frame" to right arrow does the trick, but then I fall into a custom keyboard settings ... hope it won't hurt me long term. Thanks for the tips. I still believe there is something wrong between 23.1 and 23.2, let's wait for 23.3, hopefully they will fix it for mac users.

"adding "Step back 1 frame" to left arrow and "Step forward 1 frame" to right arrow does the trick, but then I fall into a custom keyboard settings"
I hope it will be resolve in the next update, to do not have to use this custom kerboard settings.

Same issue here on a Mac M1, I'm on version 23.6. Had to manually change keyboard shortcuts.
