Let AI or Premiere Pro create Shorts from long videoclip

Hello,

If I edit a long video of my karting session into a short video's for YouTube Shorts, TikTok or Instagram Reels, it takes very much time to manual cut the videos in parts.

It's there a way to let AI or Premiere Pro analyse the long videoclip and cut automaticly into short videos so I spend less time into making Shorts voor social media and YT Shorts? I want to be more efficient with my editing.

Around here we edit, so AI automatically editing a show or a short is not what we do. Besides, who knows if you want to keep in the part where you were passed going into turn 3, or when you clippped the wall and were hardly moving. 🙂
