Line Glitch on playback

Hello, I get this annoying line glitch when playing footage sometimes. Does anyone know how to solve it & has anyone had this happen before as well?

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090

Thank you for reaching out. What's the source of the footage? Could you check if there's an update available for your GPU driver? 

Could you try switching the renderer to "Software Only"? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-how-to-change-the-video-renderer-in-prem...

Hi Kartika, yes my drivers are all up to date, I also have it on Software only

I get this on different projects at different times
