Lost presets and keyboard shortcuts

I seem to have accidentally deleted Premiere from my computer and lost all presets and keyboard shortcuts.  Any way I can recover them if I have emptied my trash?

Did you have Sync on ?

If so, you can retrieve them from the cloud.

I have learned that it's a good idea to create alias's/shortcuts to the folders containing your important customizations. You can then back them up by dragging them to another hard drive, or someone can suggest a backup software that will do this targeted kind of backup. I have a folder in my Documents folder called "Where Is It" and inside are alias's/shortcuts to my Lightroom Presets, and Photoshop Actions. You could certainly do the same for PPRO.
