My documentary film is 45 min. The loudness radar only has settings for 1 4 12 30 1 2 and 24 hours increments. How do I measure the loudness for my film? Do I set it to 1 hour and just it play for an hour even though there is no audio after 45 min? Won't that give an inaccurate reading?

The Radar Speed?

That control just sets the duration in time one revolution of the radar sweep will be.

If you have it set for 1 minute, and your piece is 2 minutes, it will revolve twice.

Try it. The first minutes audio display will fade away as the sweep nears the 12 o'clock position and starts its second sweep.
