My MAC says my system has run out of application memory. Someone suggested that I'm using a buffer that isn't large enough for my video. How do I solve that?

Hi jmc77670665,
Sorry for the trouble. What is the exact version number of MAC os? What are you system specs(RAM, GPU, CPU)?
Have you tried changing the allocation of RAM reserved for other Applications in Preferences > Memory?
Please check the permissions in the OS. Steps: https://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/permissions-mac-os-start-adobe-applications/
Thanks,
Vidya

I've been experiencing the exact same problem. I've tried to export a 15 min video sequence about 7 or 8 times. When it gets to 60%-68% a Mac window pops up saying "Your system has run out of application memory" and I have to force quit adobe premiere, ruining my entire export process.
I'm using Adobe Premiere CC 2015, part of my Adobe Cloud package that I pay for monthly. My Macbook Pro runs on OS X Yosemite and I have 4 GB of memory on my computer. This is the first time this has happened to me on this particular project, but it will not let me finish. When you've been trying to export something for 5 days straight, failing to make a deadline, it makes you upset that you pay $50 a month for these kinds of issues.

Hi MLM1105,
It seems like 4GB RAM is not sufficient to export the sequence. And the minimum requirement of Premiere Pro is 8 GB Adobe Premiere Pro System Requirements
Have you tried exporting using Media Encoder? Please check: Exporting workflows in Premiere Pro
Thanks,
Vidya
