Mask edges are not correctly

the edges of my masks are wrong/ not correct if I use the mask feather.

Does anyone know this problem?

iMac (2019 - Big Sur 11.1)

the clip is a mobile phone clip (1080x1920) with a second mobile phone clip (1080x1920). The second one is the masked clip.

Mask feather: 25

If I change it to 0, it's ok, but I need the feather for my clip

Not knowing what it's supposed to look like, makes it difficult to judge. From what I see, it's just a mask. Can you afford to show the entire PP Window?

I can't show you the whole screen, it's only on the mask of the car (showing part).

You can see the white edge? If I change the mask feather to 0, it looks ok:
