Hi, I'm new to Premiere Pro and I just wanted to know which of these will be better? The video is recorded in 720p (60fps).

Chances are, you won't notice a ton of difference, as both will match your video's resolution and frame rate in this case AND both use a pretty similar bitrate to one another. GENERALLY speaking, I usually recommend most users use Match Source High Bitrate (Or Match Source - Adaptive High Bitrate if youre using Premiere Pro CC 2018) as a good catchall that will work pretty well for Youtube and most other video sharing services.

Oh I'm using the 2015 version but good to know if it does't have much difference.
