Premiere Pro V 14.3.0
iMac Pro running macOS 10.14.6
Avid Nexus Client Manager V 18.6.1.14
Media Browser automatically refreshes every few seconds, re-loading all clips and deselecting any selection you've made.
This issue does not occur with local drives, but with our Avid Nexus network drives.
Network drives tested with Black Magic Disk Speed Test with results:
576.2MB/s write
306.5MB/s read
so speed and connection is not the issue.
The trouble we've had with Premiere Pro stability specifically has been so frustrating over the years that I am seriously considering moving to another NLE and taking my team with me. If you can't get the workflow stable, the NLE is useless no matter how many features it has.

I was able to get through to Adobe, and after the issue being run by their engineering team I received this message,
"I have an update for you on this case. Engineering says that this issue is fixed in Premiere Pro Beta 14.3.2 build 14, which is the current public Beta build available in the Creative Cloud desktop app > Beta apps section. Would you be willing to download and test this version so that we can confirm the issue is resolved?
Best regards,
Chad Baker | Lead Technical Support Consultant | Digital Media | Adobe"
I just downloaded the beta and it does, in fact, seem to be working again! Alternatively, if you don't want to download the beta before the release, I found that reverting (via the Creative Cloud app) back to 14.0 resolved the issue.

Not true - I'm on 14.5 and the problem is continuing. Right after the update, things worked fine, but a week or so later the annoying media browser problem re-emerged. Same can be said for the "writing (x) files" error on exit. I'm pretty sure these annoyances are related - I just don't know how. Eternal gratitude for the wizard who figures out the magic preference combinations to put these issues to bed.
