Media Browser Not Showing Media

Hi all,
Media browser is not showing my subfolders containing my media. I have the funnel selected to "All files" and the eye symbol selected to "File Directory".
I am trying to connect full res .CRM files to proxy files created from Davinci Resolve. Those proxies contain matched source filenames along with the source amount of audio channels, however when using the relink feature through media browser my proxy files do not pop up. I also tried connecting them manually through my file exploxer, but when I open my proxies folder, it shows no media within it. I've also tried to create proxies through Premiere but they do not load into Media Encoder.
Has anyone else came across this issue and can assist with possible solutions?
OS: Windows 10
Premiere Pro v22.6.2

Have you tried creating the proxies in Premiere? May be a compatability issue between proxy files created in Resolve and in Premiere. What is the extension on the Resolve created proxy files? What happens if you just drag a resolve created proxy file into premiere? if it's imcompatible, you'll usually get an error message in Premiere.
And Premiere can sometimes be picky about the audio configuration of your proxy files... Had an issue with mxf files shot on a sony camera a few years ago, where I could not get a proxy ingest format to successfullly match the camera original..

I attempted to create proxies from scratch through Premiere, but when Media Encoder opened it did not load the files into the queue like they typically do.
Proxies from Resolve are:
Format: Quicktime
Codec: DNxHR
Type: DNxHR SQ
Audio channels are matched to be the same from source.
The Resolve proxy imports into Premiere no issue.. I finally found a workaround. Although my source filenames are matched to the proxy filenames, I did not have "_Proxy" added before the extension. Adding "_Proxy" allowed for the proxies to attach!
Now that that has been solved, the issue of media browser not showing my subfolders permits. I have other drives connected and can see media into them fine. E: LOVERBOY is the one I am trying to ingest from.

What format/codec are those proxies?

The proxies were able to attach by adding "_Proxy" to the end of the filenames. Finally! However I still cannot ingest from the drive containing my remaining media through Media Browser. The funnel is selected to "All Files" and eye is selected to "File Directory" and still my subfolders do not pop up.

Porous,
For File Types Display (upper right), are All Supported File Types selected?

What happens if you open the folder structure on the disk on the left side of the Media Browser?
