Media Pending and crashes Premiere Pro

Hey I don’t know what’s been happening to my project files however when I launch them, all the dynamically linked clips as well as nested sequences show a media pending. Also the blue progress bar at the bottom that indicates if media is finished loading is stuck as well.

When I try to re-link the media the program crashes. I’ve tried to delete my cache, my video previews. Created a new sequence and copy the existing one over and etc but nothing is working. Does anyone know a fix I have not tried yet?

I’m running Premiere pro 2020 the latest version. I have also tried downgrading to previosu versions however that does not work as well. Below I'll attach screenshots of the issues I'm having

did you try to clean your media cache and delete the render files from sequence?

Adobe dropped support for 2017 as well so if your system is compatible with

the newer versions, better update..

since you tried cleaning the media cache and deleting the previews,

try to start a new project and import the old projects into the new one..

Plus, check the scratch disks and cache location and try to change it to a new one...

better have everything on local drives not external ones, especially when dealing with

old projects...

did you try to reset the preferences?

hold ALT while premiere pro is launching on the splash screen

consider also updating your graphics card from the vendor's site

when starting a fresh new project, check your project settings - renderer:

what do you have/
