Hello everyone. I've got a 4k video and a 1080 video. When I create a Multicam sequence my 1080 video doesn't fit the frame,it has these black frames around it and I guess, it's because my sequence settings are set for a 4k video. I tried to click on a 1080 clip and set it to frame manually-didn't help. I went to my default media scaling and I changed it to "set to frame". So,now, when I drop different video clips on my timeline they are fine and fit the frame perfectly, but I if try to make a multicam sequence using these clips I get the same issue again- one clip is alright and another one is smaller or bigger (it depends on what sequence settings I set ,4k or 1080). Please help, guys.

In multicam window I try to rescale my video ,but it affects both video clips and I don't know how to scale one clip separately among other ones in a multicam sequence.

Not sure if there's another way to handle this except exporting the 4k clips to 1080 using that for your multicamera sequence and then once you've done your rough cut, relinking this material to the 4k camera original. And it'll be a simple enough process to resize all the 4k clips in your timeline by flattening the timeline and then searching for the clip name of the 4k material and selecting all instances and then applying a saved motion preset... Hope this makes sense. Haven't had enough coffee yet this morning.

Thanks a lot, pal. I found one more way to solve this issue. Double click the multicam video in a project window. Then right click it and choose "open in timeline". There you get a sequence with separate clips on it. Now just choose the one needed ,go to effect control and scale it as you wish. It helped me. I just downsized the 4k clip to 1080 aspect ratio.
