I've made several motion graphics templates, that are relativly simple, like lower thirds. When I first made them they worked just fine, but after a bit (maybe a week) when you drag them into the timeline in premiere, it freezes up the timeline, forcing you to restart premiere. I originally uploaded these templates to the essential graphics window, and had them in the adobe library for my coworkers to be able to pull from. When this issue first started, i thought it might have to do with pulling the files from the cloud library, so I exported the MOGRT file and had everyone who one use it, download it so the file was local to each person's computer. The problem continues. I don't know if this is a big that needs to be fixed or if i'm exporting something incorrectly?

Sorry you're running into issues. Can you tell me the following:
If the above doesn't work, I have some more questions for you, but let's start here and hope it gets you back on track.
Cheers,
Theresa

Please try rendering the Mogrts by pressing enter with your timeline in focus. You can set in and out points around the mogrt to have it render just the graphic if that's helpful.

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried changing the Preview File Format & Codec under Sequence > Sequence Settings to check if it's rendering properly?
Thanks,
Sumeet
