Really need my Motion Array account for work. They put a hold on my account... I think it's because I downlaoded many videos all at once.... I tried to submit a request on theit website but it is showing that my account line is "blank" even though I add the email I use... I can't find a real phone number for them. Haven't heard back from their "motion array" email.... can anyone help??
I'm sorry that there's not much we can do unless a community member knows a better contact. Sorry about that.

same thing happened to me its crazy how a muli million dollar company can't even have decent support other than a chat bot
