MOTION BLUR HELP

Hi everyone! I'd like some help here. I am making a video and I want to know how to add this kind of motion blur on my clips:

Oh gotcha, yea that's motion blur. That's captured in-game so it's very realistic since the render engine is doing the work and knows the correct motion vectors etc.

Definitely check out Kevin's article if you're trying to do 2D motion blur in Premiere only. If you have footage or a render with blur in all directions like this, I'd recommend using After Effects and checking out the built-in Pixel Motion Blur.

I'm pretty sure that's motion blur and that my eyes aren't playing tricks on me.

Look at this frame, tell me that's not blur:

Forgot about RSMB. You're right. That's a super popular tool used a lot these days, I've noticed. Especially for live action shots.
