Motion Graphics Template downloaded from Stock is Damaged

New Here ,
Aug 14, 2025 Aug 14, 2025

I used a credit to download a motion graphics template, and cannot open the file. AE gives me a pop-up stating the file is damaged. Is there a fix, or can I just get a refund of the credit? I even attempted to re-dowload it, as seen below.

Hey there spgagne,

Thanks for the message. I see that your download is damaged. I hope I can help you. If AE says the Adobe Stock template is damaged, try re-downloading (maybe try a different extractor?) and opening it in a new project. If it still fails, you can contact Adobe Support with the asset ID and request a refund or credit reissue. Let me know if you need help with that.

Thanks,
Kevin
