Is there a work around for this to be possible? When I drag a .MOGRT onto the timeline in premiere and go to "replace with after effects" comp it is greyed out. Nesting it allows it to be opened, however produces this error in he screenshot below. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

I think .mogrts are encoded in a specific way that they are unable to be opened as a comp in After Effects like standard video and graphics clips. I believe you need to open the .mogrt file itself in After Effects, this is how you to do it: Quick Fix: How to Open a Motion Graphics Template in Adobe After Effects - YouTube -- I'll let other ACPs and maybe members of the Adobe Staff to way in here.
