Mousing over Video Track in Timeline will periodically cause the timeline to freeze

Hi,

The last week I have noticed an increase in this issue. I've seen it in both H264 and ProRes footage. I'm editing on a Windows machine and at first thought it was because I had a ProRes project going. However I've now noticed it in a H.264 format as well.

I'm not sure how to reproduce it entirely, but it is project-bound. Once a project has it, it has it.

The first time it happened on a ProRes project after deleting two cross dissolve transitions. The second time with the H264 project it seems to have happened on its own. Once the bug occurs, mousing over a video track on the timeline (to get base properties like duration for instance) the timeline will freeze and the mouse-over window with the base properties will not appear.

To reset the timeline, simply clicking a different window and then clicking the timeline seems to be a workaround for now. Sorry I don't have more details.
