Mp3 importing without audio

I been using premiere pro for awhile now and around july and august I been having this problem with any mp3 audio like sound effects,music and etc. I download and I could hear it just fine when it downloads into my folder but when I go to import it into premiere pro the audio doesn't appear anymore and I tried every format and I just got the same result. This only happens to the new audio I download and the old ones I have before this issue works just fine but if I just to import any new mp3 audio into premiere it never works I also got video on this matter if you want to see.

Convert to wave before import.

MP3 has always been hit or miss in Premiere Pro.  Do as suggested by  Ann Bens.
