MP4 imports, but preview not working

Hi all. I've imported a very simple cartoon MP4 (no audio, just video). It was created in Vyond. When I drag it to the timeline, it imports fine with no errors that I can see. But it's not displaying in the source preview area. Wondering if anyone else has run into this. I've added a couple screenshots, one showing what I'm looking at, and one displaying the version of Premiere Pro I'm on. Thanks!

For the record, I've seen a lot of posts and articles about audio but no video working when a file imports, but I don't know if that's the issue here. I've tried pretty much every "fix", such as creating a new sequence from clip, clearing the media cache, etc. The only thing I haven't done yet is download a separate media encoder to try and fix the video before importing again.
