MP4 not showing properly when loaded into Premiere

I have not had this issue with the previous version. I am Premiere Pro 14.

when opening an MP4 or images, the views are not right, stripes and jumbled colours.

I have tried changing the Renderer settings in the General Project settings, still not right.

Unfortunately it did not work. I am not useing any Effects.

I am also not using NVIDIA graphics card either.

In short, this started since the upgrade, i have made no changes or adjusted anything. I am quite a basic user.

Did you get an error message before opening a project?
