.MTS Files Missing "Creation Date" Metadata

Hi

Working with 2 cameras

1 is .MOV and the other is .MTS file type.

I need to be able to sort the files as neatly as possible in regards to when the footage was shot but found that the metadata for the .MTS files creation date is missing.

I've googled this but can't find anything useful.

Any help/tips would be much appreciated.

.MOV is displaying info correctly, latest version of Premiere.

It does not do Creation date for all formats.

mts being one of them.

Not all cameras will record this info.
