I am producing a film in Adobe Premiere Pro. The project is available in two languages. German and English. The original reel is recorded in English and I do have a German (sound) track as well. Are there any manuals/ tutorials available to assist me with the authoring process? Thank you for your support

Authoring process as in making a disk or .....?
If it's the former, you cannot do that with premiere, need authoring software like:
TMPGEnc Authoring Works 6 - The Ultimate DVD / Blu-ray / AVCHD Authoring Tool - Pegasys Inc.

Thank you for the reply.
Two issues.
First; editing in Premiere Pro and creating to (voice) soundtracks
Second; authoring - as in making disks, menues and so on... As Encore is no longer available, I am currently looking at Roxio Creator NXT Pro 9/ with BluRay plugin. Still doing research on the best authoring software. Must be compatible with 4K UHD - and multiple language support.

did extensive research on this issue about 6 months ago (still working on the project). There's really only one professional option that I could find, Scenarist, and it ain't cheap. There are other options, but I don't think they can produce a "legit" blu-ray for duplication and distribution that meets indusstry specs which is required to put the blu-ray logo on the disk...and I thought the alternative interfaces were terrible. Not sure that it makes a big difference in terms of how the disk performs. As far as my project goes, my client now has a distributor and they've decided to only go with dvd at this point and I've got a mac that can still run dvdsp and encore 6, so may attempt to work with one of those options.
Ann's posts here are spot on, but the expert here on dvd and blu-ray authoring is Stan Jones... He's been a great help to me.

mgrenadier Thank you for the info.
I looked at Scenarist UHDv3 - but couldn't find a price. After reading your post, I can imagine why. Can you let me know what the software cost is? Thank You

you need to email them directly for a quote. Depends on which version you need and there's either a monthly or yearly subscription fee. If I remember correctly, you can find the email address on their website. If you can't find it, post back and I'll dig in to my email archive to find it for you.
