My imported and edited video is scrambled once I import to Adobe CC

Hey!

So, I am using premier for the first time. I uploaded some videos to edit but when I was playing through them to pick where I wanted to crop them I noticed that my video gets scrambled and the first 2-5 seconds keep replaying as the audio continues to play at a normal pace. The more I try to syn them the more it scrambles itself. Please let me know what's helpful!

This is driving me crazy! What is the soliton for scrambled video glitch that is created inside Adobe Premiere?

This post is a few years old now. Can you provide any details about your computer hardware and the media you are using? The phrase "video glitch" is usually related to your GPU and the GPU drivers. After providing info, please try updating those as the first troubleshooting step.

In the future, please create a new post if you are experiencing issues. These old posts are a bit hard to work from sometimes.
