My nvidia RTX 4000 isnt using Cuda engine

I recently installed Adobe Premiere with my Nvidia RTX 4000. Now I can’t choose CUDA render in the app. I'm using an HP Z840 dual Xeon with 80GB RAM. Previously, I never had problems with Adobe Premiere. Media Composer recognizes the RTX without issues. Any suggestions to getting CUDA working again?

i uninstalled the creative cloud and still no solution to enable the cude render for premiere.
