My Premier pro is Glitching

My Previews for my new video throughout keeps showing these bizzare glitches for no reason, if anyone knows a fix that would be greatly appreciated

It would be a good idea to give specs on your computer and whatever this footage is. Likely it's a decoding issue, perhaps transcode your footage to something else?

my specs are:

ryzen 9 3900x 12 cores

Aorus Master x570 

GEForce GTX 1070

32 ram trident neo z

keep getting these errors as well I have no idea what happened. Only thing I can think of is i tried to remove the errors by downloading the cuda installer & now im getting these glitches, even when removing the cuda stuff I downloaded aswell...
