My project file when i open it is empty and the same goes with the Autosave. The file is 170mb but when open comes up empty NEED HELP.

Or where can i find the file in the red circule,

The situation you described sounds like what would happen, if you'd (inadvertently?) deleted the contents of that sequence, and that deletion was saved into auto-saves. If neither your project nor any of your auto-save'd projects contain a populated sequence, there is no way to recover it.

You also might try a different workspace, from the Window menu, and use a default one, like Edit.

Are you using an external drive

or did you import your footage directly from a SD card?

i can clearly remember that i clic save as on the file i open it with. so i dont understand what happend.

I noticed it 2day later and after hoping that the autosafe has it, but it had the same problem. Im using 2023 premier and its the same for the last year and no updates. How can i fix it?

That isn't a file, that is a sequence. Sequences only exist as metadata ... they do show with the Sequence icon in the project panel/bin, but they are simply further metadata.

Like project files themselves. Project files and sequences are simply metadata files.
