My video keeps exporting with sound only and a black screen

Every time I go to export a video it saves as a black screen with audio. I have tried savinging differnt projects and changing my setttings, but nothing has workerd.

Sorry about that. Can you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Could you also post the screenshot of the export settings? Have you tried video renderer to "Software Only"? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-how-to-change-the-video-renderer-in-prem...

I haven't tried to render the video to softweare only but im not sure how to.

Dear Ava,

Software Only is only an option with H.264 exports, you are exporting ProRes. You can try switching from MXF Op1a to the QuickTime variant. Let us know what happens.

What's the source of the media files? Does it happen with specific files?
