Why are my videos importing but only showing up as 1 second long when they are supposed to be more than that

I've tried downloadin the videos multiple times from Google Drive. Some videos play normally, while others only last for 1 second. They open fine in VLC. What could be the issue?

Download to a local drive first them import into Premiere. See how that goes.
