Hello! I am a filmmaker who needs help setting up the proper sequence settings in Adobe Premiere Pro for my specific footage. My footage is set up as follows:
-shot in 4k on my iPhone 12 Max Pro
-used 1.33x Anamorphic lens
-shot in 24 fps
-resolution of 16:9
Do any of you know the correct sequence settings that would work best for this type of footage? Thank you in advance for any assistance you can lend me!

If you drag the footage into the empty timeline it will create a sequence matching the settings of your footage.
You can also right–click on the video when it is in your Project panel and choose "New Sequence from Clip"
You can change sequence settings later by going to "Sequence > Sequence Settings"

Yes, but when I do that the footage looks off. It doesn't look as sharp as it should appear.
So with that being said, when I go to change my sequence settings, how should I set them based on the specific footage I have listed above? That's all I need help with is setting the correct sequence settings for my footage.

Does it look off, when it is paused, when it plays back or both?
Does it look off if you set the magnification to 100% vs the default "fit"?

Sequence Settings:
Timeline Resolution - 5107 width 2160 heigh (3840 multiplied by 1.33 anamorphic scale factor on the width)
Time line will no longer be 16:9 it will be 2.36:1.
Framerate: 23.976fps
Pixel Aspect Ratio in drop down: (Try "hd anamorphic 2080 (1.33)" within the timeline or select all clips and apply that preset interpret footage settings). This is to desqueeze the anamorphic footage.
Best of luck bro and go make a dope film!
