New Graphics Menu missing - Titles Workspace added but does nothing

I am on the latest version of PPro I noticed the Title menu has gone so did some research. ok so we now have essential graphics which is great except that I have s "Titles" workspace selection that does nothing if I click it and I dont have a "Graphics" workspace????

I had a "Titles" tab not a "Graphics" tab. Probably okay but not set up default like it should be. After trying several things, I had to delete (rename) Layout folder AND reset preferences (hold down alt while launching) before I could get a 'new' project to finally have the "Graphics" tab. Then 'uncheck' the "Import Workspace from Projects" (Workspaces menu) to make it stick around.
