I cant trust anything I see in the new update. I render something and it has 2-3 glitches in it. Maybe it played fine in the playback window.  Or It will have the same glitches in the playback window but renders fine. Usually I have to render 2-3 times and render little small parts in order to get a clean render of a 3 minute video. And I have to watch the renders over and over. Just buggy! Also it seems like Media encoder is taking forever now. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it got better like the old version for 3 renders but then it was back to a 6 hour render for a 2 minute video. I have latest video card driver. During this problem I updated to new Nvidea creative driver and didnt matter. Newest windows install.

I have the updated Driver for my NVidia GTX 1070. Software only works. I am using H.264 files from a Sony A7RIII. Yes the only issue is with CC19 the latest 13.1.4 i believe. If I go back to the 2019 13.1.3  or maybe it is 13.0.3 it works fine. Whatever the June version was is what doesnt work.

Hi Mandolinista,

Sorry to hear of the challenges here. I'm wondering if the issue may be related to the specific files you are using as I do not know of any widespread issues with QT in general. Any chance that you can reproduce this with a smaller possibly shareable test project?  If it's possible to create a small project that includes test media, I'd be happy to investigate on the Adobe side.

Also, can you confirm if you have an integrated GPU on that laptop?

It is important to make sure that the Intel GPU drivers are updated. Can you confirm what GPU driver version that is being used?

I will try to make a test project. I am using a Windows 10 Alienware Desktop. Should be using only the Nvidia GPU but would I need to update the Intel driver even if i am not using them?

Can you confirm driver version for Intel?  Worth checking. It is an important factor.

I was having the same issue, I uninstalled the update and went back to the older version, that fixed it for me.  I heard that changing from using Mercury (CUDA) to Software Only might also work, but I feel like that would just slow down my workflow.

Switching to "Software Only" takes the GPU completely out of the equation, and that will eliminate any glitches in the renders. But it will take longer because you've got no acceleration.
