I just installed the New version 2024. I have a Windows 10 with 64GB RAM and a Nvidia GTX 3060 with 12GB RAM. I'm applying effects that I always applied before and now it's giving me a "Requires GPU Acceleration" error.
YES, I updated the latest drivers and yes, I made sure CUDA is selected under Project Settings and that setting had not changed anyway. I posted the screenshot of the effects and order.
This is only since installing the new version. Why is there always a new problem upon insatlling a new version instead of it gettig better.

What you didn't give, and is necessary for any actual reply, is your OS and GPU, and GPU driver. At minimum. Also the media in use, and what created it would be good.
Edit:
For all who read this, when anyone ... including Adobe! ... comes out with a new version, please be wise how you adopt it. At least, with the Adobe CC system, you can keep all previous versions installed if you are careful. So you can keep working in an older version if the new one isn't working on your system with your media and workflow.
Make sure that when you click the 'Install' for the 24.x seriese, that "uninstall previous versions" is NOT checked!
I always have that unchecked in the Preferences, but it was STILL checked in the option box that opened when I selected to install from the CC app. So I had to un-check it.
And I also recommend duplicating projects of the previous version, then opening the dupe project file in the new version. This guarantees the option of continuing to work where you were in the old version.

HI @john5C10,
Thanks for the message. Usually this means that you have a VR effect in the stack of effects in the Effect Controls panel. I see your list of effects. Is that all the ones you are using? Let us know.
Thanks,
Kevin
