No color tool in legacy title

Hei,

I could not color the text or a background frame (eg rectangle) in legacy title. The menu (with all possibilities to change color, etc) did not appear.

Set up titler as show above

When using titles just use the All Panels workspace.

When layout disappears Reset to saved layout.

Have to wait for a fix.
