No puedo ver el menú al inicio de Premiere

Hace unos días tuve que reestablecer mi equipo a una fecha anterior. Reinstalé Premiere y aún así no puedo ver el menú al inicio del programa. Sólo puedo acceder si abro directamente un archivo de trabajo. Qué puedo hacer?

Exactly what menu do you mean?

Try resetting the Workspaces:

Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
