I purchased, downloaded and installed Premiere just yesterday, and I have not been able to get my files to work properly. I first I thought they were too big (2 1/2 hours), so I paired them down to 30 minute segments, and now to 10 minute segments. The problem is the same. Clicking play in either the source or program window plays the audio but the picture doesn't move. The file format is mp4 from El Gato Game Capture. Relevant system specs are below. If you need any more info, please let me know. Thanks!

A grim declaration considering its nearly two month old status. Thanks a lot for finding that. I suppose I will just have to downgrade.
