Not able import preset in premiere pro

I can import my preset, but i need do it all time

Every time I open the program I have to import it again

help pls

What kind of preset? How are you importing it?

I bought a preset bundle from a youtuber called 'finzar'

It's just regular effects preset 

Like camera shakes, transitions  etc..

Renaming the preset in the Effects Panel might do the trick.

Or put in a bin.

i reset the trash prefrences...its working now thanks for your efforts
