Not working presets in the latest version premiere pro 22.3.1

Hello.
After installing the latest version of Premiere Pro version 22.3.1, the presets with transitions stopped working.

My system is Windows 10 64 updated.
Works on the I9 10850K, RTX 3060 Ti and the latest studio drivers. 
But I doubt that there is a problem with the equipment.

I have a very large library of presets with transitions. Slide and zoom that went crazy in the latest 
version of Premiere Pro.
Some effects stopped working properly and the preset went crazy. As in the picture attached. 
Any attempts to "fix" it by hand did not help.

Going back to the previous version of Premiere Pro fixed the problem.

Has anyone encountered this? Does anyone know why Adobe took such a step?

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about this. In which version of Premiere Pro were these presets created/installed? Also, have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's working properly?

Hi.
I have version 22.2.0 and the previous ones worked fine too. I have not tried Mercury Playback Engine Software Only. I have a lot of work to do with editing now, and have little chance of checking the latest version.
