Hello! Can, please, someone help with advice for text appearing effect?
I'm looking the way to recreate glowing effect ot the "Encore" text appearing from the video. I can recreate almost all of the effects, except this one. I must say that i'm completly noob in other tools like After Effect, so if this will be possible, can someone help with advice for Premiere Pro? Thanks for your attention to this post.

Is it just the glow or is it also the colors/pattern and such you're interested in?
If it's just the actual glow, then a couple of ways of doing it in Premiere would be:
1) With the VR Glow effect.
2) If your text was created with the Essential Graphics/Text Tool then you can play with the shadow settings,
3) Duplicating the text layer in your timeline, blurring it, and playing with opacity/blending modes (you'd probably want the text to be white or a different bright color for that.)

VR effects are designed for VR footage. On regular footage it can cause issues.
To me it does not look as a glow effect rather kind of track matte with bright images flashing along.

Hello! Thanks for the answer. I don't know how to reproduce literally effect when "Encore" text appearing. While this text appears it plays different colors, so this is what i want to reproduce. It' like glitch effect, i think...

You can see Carlos's comment below where he talks about using a Track Matte. If you find your colorful background, that's how you would get it to show through the text.

you can create moving colors inside premiere pro but that will require lot of keyframing
and hard work.. get yourself any light leaks, moving colors video or maybe shoot
any video that has lot of colorful stuff moving and blur them. type your text on
a video track above the colorful assets you get, apply a track matte on the footage
and choose the video track on which your text is. this will throw those moving colors,
or glitches or whatever inside your text. finally apply a fade in (cross dissolve or something)
glitches for text can also be created in premiere pro but require a lot of effects with keyframing skills.
