One Time Quick Question: How To Insert A Corrected Single Frame Back Into Premiere Pro Timeline?
I know how to export a single frame to an image file, then fix it in Photoshop.
But how do I insert the corrected frame back into the timeline and replace the damaged frame?

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Razor the clip on either side of the damaged frame. Delete the frame. Insert the fixed PSD file into the gap.

You'll have to set the duration of the psd file to one frame to get it to fit.

Found it. Thanks! I was looking more literally for "Insert As Frame".  Much appreciated. All set now.
